Feedback from previous Speed Workshops

Thank you so much for the wonderful presentations & workshops you provided here in Rochester. My husband and I loved it, and plan on putting
much of it to use within our college women’s program. Thank you so much. We have been inspired by the small window of knowledge you’ve given us.

Tracey Britton, Women's Soccer Coach, Academic Advisor, Rochester, NY

I attended a Mike Antonides speed and acceleration workshop yesterday here in Meath, in Ireland. It really blew me away. His knowledge was simply amazing. He spoke at first for 2 hours and I think it was the fastest two hours ever. It felt like 10 mins! His insights into all things sport related were brilliant.
I'm a teacher myself and I could spot straight away that Mike is certainly a great teacher! Not only did he make great points- he backed up every point with a story which really made it stick out in one's memory. I've been to a few different coaching seminars etc over the past few years since I started coaching teams but Mike's presentation simply blew the rest out of the water.

Ronán Carley, Navan, Ireland.

Mike I want to thank you again for putting on such a wonderful coaching clinic. Everyone I have spoken to thought it was so good. The kids all say it was most intense practice and exciting they have ever had and the coaches are saying it was that it was excellent and that they learnt so much it has changed the way they coach!

My trainers and I are getting together Wednesday evening to review everything.

Thanks again for lending us your time and expertise. It was a pleasure to work with you and we want you back next year.

Susan Romero, Texas Rush

Dear Mike,

Thank you very much for your excellent workshop yesterday. I know that we will all take something away from yesterday and it won’t be just a few bruises. I don’t think coaching will ever be the same again at Great Notley. Within minutes of the completion of the workshop I heard coaches planning how they were going to improve their training sessions and match days. Thanks once again.

Great Notley Youth Club, UK

Mike,

We started preseason on Friday, and have been incorporating speed sessions of the workshop right after their dynamic warm-up for about 15 to 20 minutes. It has been very helpful, and translates easily right into training. Both coaches and I are putting it to great use. Thank you so much!

John Woodcock, Head Coach, Greenbay Tigers

Hi Mike,

The conference and feedback from the Speed Workshop was such a success that I have received a lot of enquiries and feedback to see if I would organise another weekend event on speed and power so we can bring you back to county Mayo. The feedback was ALL very positive and you made a big impact on everyone with your knowledge and coaching skills

Again, Many Thanks.

Martin McGuire, SISM

P.S. I appreciate that Mike is a busy man with all the various teams etc he's involved with but if you could mention to him that he had a very happy customer at his workshop in Meath in Ireland that would be fab!!
