What are the Frappier Acceleration® Sports Training Programs?

The Frappier Acceleration Sports Training Programs are scientifically designed to improve an athlete's performance as well as reduce the risk of injury while playing sports. Scientific research has shown that "fit" athletes are less likely to incur an injury, particularly those "fit" athletes that have improved their body awareness. When you train on the Frappier Acceleration Sports Training Programs, you not only improve your speed and conditioning to a high level, but also your quickness, balance, explosiveness and agility.
Sport Specific programs include: Running, long and middle distances, sprinting, hockey, soccer, rugby, basketball, throwing sports, maintenance, rehabilitation, ACL bridge, ground based youth and recreational athlete programs.

These programs consist of a systematic series of supervised training protocols that resemble interval training, with prescribed sessions of high-intensity exercise interspersed with prescribed rest periods. There are also sport specific training programs that take advantage of our training cords and patented SprintCord and PowerCord technology.

These unique training protocols significantly help improve speed, agility and overall athletic performance. Here are a few examples of some of the program components:

• Sprint Mechanics
• Neuromuscular Coordination
• Anaerobic Conditioning
• Muscular Power

Each program, of course, includes its own specific components and levels. For example, the running acceleration program has five levels and the jumping program has three levels. Each level of training involves greater intensity. Once one level has been completed, an athlete can move to the next or come back after a season and complete the levels.

Who is the programme for?

The Frappier Acceleration Sports Training Programs are for athletes of all ages (starting at age 9-10 years old depending on physical maturity). The programs are individually modified for each athlete's abilities, so whether you are in junior school, high school, college, in the professional leagues or a recreational athlete, you're sure to improve speed, strength, self-confidence and overall athletic performance. Our goal is to help every participant become a better athlete no matter what level they are at when they start the program.
