This consists of a 3 hour presentation on How to Develop Soccer Athletes
from 8 years old to professional level and how best to develop Soccer
Speed. This will cover best practice, training methodologies and
specifically the key factors in development:

The Neural Stimulus - Training the Neuromuscular system
Motor Development - Movement Patterns for soccer
Frappier Acceleration Training Model
Soccer Specific Speed Training – Intensity & Technique coaching
Mental Strength training and preparation for coaches & Athletes
Followed by two Coaching clinics, for Coaches and players, on the coaching
technique, drills and training methodologies. The Ground based programme
will be based upon the development of Quickness, Active, Reactive and
Complex speed which is required in Soccer. Technical advice and knowledge
transfer will be given on how to coach soccer speed.
