It's one thing to achieve training goals. It's another to stay there. Once you've successfully completed the Program designed to meet your fitness goals, you can maintain the cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and power and neuromuscular education you've already achieved by continuing with the Frappier Acceleration Maintenance Program. Applied to specific sports, you can continue to stay in shape through the use of the Generation II Super Treadmill, Plyo Platform, and Hitting Platform, as well as the patented Hockey Treadmill, SprintCord™, ThrowingCord™, KickingCord™ and the PowerCord™. Numerous scientific studies have reported a decrease in injuries when athletes maintain conditioning levels.
  • Safety
    Safety of the athlete is #1. Athletes train in a controlled environment allowing trainers to inform them of the specific drills prior to beginning. All athletes are under adult supervision during training sessions.
  • Results
    When you train on the Frappier Acceleration programs, you not only will improve your conditioning to a higher level, but you also improve your quickness, balance, agility and overall athletic performance. The average athlete results are a 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump, a 50% reduction in recovery rates, and a decrease of .20 of a second in a 40-yard sprint.
