ONE-TO-ONE PERFORMANCE SESSIONS

These sessions are designed to train your mental strength and to make you achieve your best results, and ultimately to be the best you can be

Mental Strength Training will benefit you and your overall game by teaching you how:
To access your favourite state in training, competitions, and in everyday business therefore you can learn how to be more:

  • Assertive, Brave, Relaxed, Calm, Aggressive, Determined, Focused, Concentrated
  • To set and achieve your targets in a practical and effective way so that you can improve quicker and better
  • To develop your own goal plan in an easy and motivating way
  • To be in control of your mind to and to become mentally strong
  • To reach your peak performance when you most want it
  • To be the best you can be

Remember that Performance= Preparation + State you access

The One- to- One Performance sessions last between 30 and 45 minutes and are easy and enjoyable

ONE-TO-ONE MENTAL STRENGTH FOR REHABILITATION

  • Research shows that athletes are most vulnerable when injured. And not just in their body but especially in their mind. As we know BodyMind is a system and, like any other system, it needs to be strong in all its areas in order to function at its best.
  • Have you ever heard of athletes that, despite having recovered from their injury and being physically fit, still experience a mental block when competing? That is because they did not train their mind when recovering from injury.
  • The one-to-one mental strength for rehabilitation sessions are specifically designed to help injured athletes to:
  • Recover quicker and better from any kind of injury
  • Free the mind from fear and self-doubt
  • Develop an effective recovery goal plan
  • Recode physical injury; so that the impact of the injury at psychological level become minimal
  • Use a variety of techniques to increase mental strength

Please note that One-to-One Mental Strength for rehabilitation sessions are meant to complement the work of qualified physiotherapists and to enable the athlete to keep training his/her mind whilst in rehabilitation
